From AIS Bulletin #201 April 1971 Introducing GRAND ROMANCE (Corlew 1971). $30.00 Net. Classically formed blooms in a combination of colors as lovely as they are difficult to describe. Basically a light pink, it has a haunting overlay of blue-violet that sets it apart. Ruffled and with just a hint of lace. Tangerine-orange beard. Beautifully different! Adequate branching with 3 buds per socket. Fertile. 32". Midseason. Seedling No. 453-7A. Signature X Silvertone. HC1970. Cherry Lane Gardens. |
