From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2008: GOTHIC ROMANCE (Black 08) TB Midseason-Late 42” (107cm). Unlike For Lovers Only, Gothic Romance leans toward a more somber character. Heavily ruffled standards are buff-mauve heavily infused medium metallic grape up ribs and over centers with darker veins shot upward. Styles are buff-peach. Starchy peach-buff falls have slightly darker hafts and texture veins. Wide tropical tangerine beards extend from violet throats. A nice nutmeg fragrance adds a little spice to this Gothic Romance. Show stalks have 2 branches plus spur and 7-8 buds. Interesting parent. Sdlg. L66A: Suspicion X Cameo Appearance. $50.00. |
