From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog 1963: GORGEOUS JORJE (DeF. '58) M. 36 in. (Rodeo x Cloudcap) x Lapham C-7. Deep orange apricot with a definite reddish undertone that seems to radiate over the flower from under the beard, which is rather a new shade of tangerine red. Flaring and nicely ruffled. It is thought that real reds might come from this. 4.00.
