'Good Times' (Bryce Williamson, R. 1973). Seedling# 3067-2. TB, 36" (91 cm), Midseason bloom. Ruffled old gold with deeper-toned shoulders and lighter area beneath beard; beard old gold to orange. 'Craftsman' X 'Reta Fry'. Pacific Coast Hybridizers 1974.

Note: not to be confused with TB 'Good Times' registered by Wiliamson in 1967 - its name was released in 1973.

From AIS Bulletin #212 January 1974 Introducing GOOD TIMES (Bryce Williamson). At last an iris to out epic EPIC. Though huge, this has the rugged architecture to hold up the massive flowers. The closed standards are ruffled and firmly closed. The wide, deeply ruffled falls flare with more than enough substance to hold them firmly in place. The flower is old gold with antique gold shoulders, orange beard and lighter yellow blaze below yellow beard. A DEJA Vu sister seedling that is 36" to 40" tall. Pictured on inside front cover in color. HC in '73. $25.00. Pacific Coast Hybridizers.
