'Gold Cap' (Stan Dexter by Marie Ingersoll, R. 1991). Seedling# 16-84-10-3. TB, 34" (86 cm), Early midseason bloom. Standards deep gold; falls deep red maroon, white hafts with gold and maroon hash marks; beards gold. 'Caramba' X seedling# 81-23A: (seedling# 69-26 x 'Flamenco'). Ingersoll's Iris 1992.
