2012, Smith

'Geode' (Marky Smith, R. 2006). Seedling# 04-48A. TB, 34" (86 cm). Late midseason bloom. Standards medium violet (RHS 88B); style arms grey edged yellow at base, warm violet-mauve near crests which are blended lavender to mauve; falls violet edges (88B), centers blending to grayer than (88D) fading to near white; vertical violet-gray veins, chartreuse yellow shoulders veined brown; beards cream, yellow in throat; ruffled; pronounced sweet fragrance. 'Crystal Gazer' X 'Simply Delicious'. Aitken's Salmon Creek 2012. Honorable Mention 2015
