1986, Sparling

'Gentle Edith' (Richard Sparling, R. 1984). Seedling# RCS-79-1. TB, 34" (86 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards very pale lavender; falls washed pale lavender, rimmed darker lavender, tiger striped haft markings; orange beard tipped yellow; ruffled. 'Lady Of Loudoun' X 'Springtime Fantasy'. Iris Pond 1986.

RufHed and very complimentary haft markings. Orange beards tipped yellow. A hauntingly beautiful iris with good substance and show quality branching. Lady of Loudoun X Springtime Fantasy. $25.00.
