'Gates of Rome' (Barry Blyth, R. 2008). Seedling# O263-1. TB, 37" (94 cm), Late midseason bloom. Standards champagne, slight violet flush at midrib; style arms champagne; falls rich burgundy-violet, very ruffled, flared; beards muted soft bluish tipped bronze; slight sweet fragrance. Seedling# L185-A, 'Mango Daiquiri' sibling X 'Dinner Talk'. Tempo Two 2008/09.

Hybridizer's Comment: Standards are just off white to soft champagne with a slight violet flush at the midribs. Falls are rich burgundy to angelina burgundy, They are extremely ruffled and flared. Beards are soft bluish tipped bronze. Super branching with up to 4 flowers out at once. Excellent grower.
