1984, Brown

'Garnet Velvet' (Opal Brown, R. 1984). Seedling# 79-3A1. TB, 36" (91 cm), Midseason bloom. Rich garnet red (darker than RHS 59A); ruffled falls; garnet red beard. Seedling# 73-7E: (involving red and pink breeding x 'War Lord') X 'Land of Oz'. Brown's Sunnyhill Gardens 1984.
