From Maple Valley Iris Garden catalog, 1945: GALLANTRY (No. 4078) This is a medium dark blue of intensely rich coloring--a true self. The large flowers are beautifully ruffled with widely flaring falls. The branching is especially good with plenty of room for many blooms and birds. The plants are hardy and vigorous in growth, blooming very freely, on 38 to 40 inch stalks. $20.00. |
