From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog 1963: FRESCO (Tamp. '57) M.L. 38 in. ((Consolation x (Tiffany x China Maid)) x Ebony Echo. A new plicata of large size with broad rounded petals. Ground color is light wine red that is brightened by a ruby infusion and a network of rich gold veins and stitched edge. A blackish sheen overlays the whole flower. 1.50. |
