From Tell's 1948 catalog: FRANCELINA (McKee 1945) (Golden Majesty X (Sdlg. [of] Helios x Janet Butler). New popular yellow, not unlike Spun Gold in coloring. HM 1944. $8.00 [NOTE: Tell had carried this variety in his catalog since 1946, but until this issue no parentage had been listed for it.]
