Standards sky blue; falls slightly darker; yellow beard tipped white; pronounced sweet fragrance. 'Regents' Row' X seedling# D79-100-A: ('Victoria Falls' x 'Winterscape'). Cottage Gardens 1989. Honorable Mention 1991.
