'Foreign Statesman' (Sterling Innerst, R. 1992). Seedling# 3319-1. TB, 36" (91 cm), Midseason bloom. Full purple; beards purple blue, tipped bronze; slight fragrance. 'Titan's Glory' X 'Twice Delightful'. Innerst 1993. Honorable Mention 1995.
