'Ever And Ever' (Ione Hope, R. 1961). TB, 36" (91 cm). Midseason bloom. Color Class V1, Violet self; lemon beard tipped light violet. 'Violet Harmony' X ('Lavanesque' x 'Arlene Wood'). Tell 1962. Honorable Mention 1964; Award of Merit 1966.

| From Tell’s Gardens catalog, 1962: EVER AND EVER (Mrs. John (lone) Hope) Early Midseason, 36". (Violet Harmony) X (Lavanesque x Arlene Wood) Light orchid-violet self, lightly laced, ruffled and fluted all combining to form a flower of perfect proportions and symmetry. Even the wide lightly laced styles add charm. Branching is close and rather high- its only draw back. Good enough to last EVER AND EVER. Limit, one to a customer. $35.00 |
