1970, Olson

'Eternal Joy' (Marvin Olson, R. 1968). Seedling 66-5C. TB, 34" (86 cm), Midseason bloom. Color Class-W4VR, Standarads white; falls Persian rose (Wilson 628/2); ruffled. 'Rippling Waters' X 'Gypsy Lullaby'. Marvin Olson 1970.

From AIS Bulletin #197 April 1970 Introducing ETERNAL JOY. Sdlg. 66-5C. TB. (Rippling Waters X Gypsy Lullaby). Heavy-substanced six-inch blooms are nicely ruffled throughout. Firmly held WHITE standards are overlapping. PERSIAN ROSE (Wilson 628/2) semi-flared falls are clean and very wide. Tan beard. Good branching on stiff 34" stalks. Fertile both ways. An advance for PINK AMOENA breeding. Mid. HC '68. $25.00. Marvin Olson.
