From Milliken Iris Gardens catalog, 1945: ENCHANTED (White) It has large flowers with broad rounded petals which shade from Chinese violet to deeper tones with a still more deeply colored signal patch at the end of the yellow beard. The oncocyclus blood or Persian ancestry is pronounced but the plant has healthy foliage, grows well and blooms freely. The name is appropriate. An oncobred. 30 inches. $3.50, 3 for $9.00. |
