From AIS Bulletin #261 April 1986 Introducing EMBELLISHMENT (lnnerst '86) Sdlg. 1125-13. TB, 32" EM season. Summer Love X Yubblegum. EC, HC '83. We call it a medium orange. However, it has been referred to as an apricot pink, a plain orange self, self beards. Embellished with HEAVY lace. Extremely showy in a clump, excellent garden value. Excellent stalk, 7 or more buds. Fertile both ways. $25.00. Sterling Innerst. |
"EMBELLISHMENT ('86) has a little more of a peach influence in its pink [than 'Sterling Blush'], but the bud count and vigor are definitely improved. Both varieties are heavily laced, yet seem to open properly without twisting or "getting stuck" in the bud."
