From AIS Bulletin #201 April 1971 Introducing DOVE'S BREAST Sdlg. 17-68: (Pretty Carol x ((Spanish Peaks x (Chantilly x Spindrift)) X Rippling Waters) X Lilac Treat. Y5L, M, TB, 32", HC '69, Fertile both ways. This is a light blend which resembles a mourning dove's breast in color. It's a light tan with tones of vIolet-rose and light golden hafts. Its wide hafted falls with ruffles gives it a nice personality. Being about one-half Rippling Waters, it is very nicely branched. You will find it distinctly different for your garden. $25.00.
