'Doris Lucille' (Mary Heisz, R. 1977). TB, 36" (91 cm), Midseason bloom. Soft rich yellow with white area on falls, deeper yellow haft; green veining extending down from orange beard. 'Coraband' X 'Glittering Amber'. Heisz 1977.

From AIS Bulletin #225 Spring 1977 Introducing DORIS LUCILLE (M. Heisz '77). TB, 36", M. (Coraband X Glittering Amber). Adorable, yellow with good stalk, wide branching. Closed S. of soft rich yellow; styles same color; semi-flaring F. of same rich yellow with white area. Green veining extending down from wide orange beards. The haft is a deeper yellow. The standards are ruffled-almost pleated-on each side and continuing around. 6 to 8 buds. Reblooms if condition is right. $25.00. Heisz Iris Garden.
