■(TB) 'Desert Sands Sunset'

2010, Cross

'Desert Sands Sunset' (Mel Cross, R. 2009). Seedling A1004. TB, 33" (84 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards red purple flush becoming lighter at base of midrib, narrow tan rim; style arms rose beige center shading to gold on outer portion; falls tan ground, dotted purple-red plicata marks becoming heavily concentrated on outer rim and shoulders, thin tan edge; beards burnt orange; ruffled. 'Colortart' X 'Ruffled Copper Sunset'. Across Iris Lanes 2010.
