From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog 1963: DAWN STAR (DeForest '60) M. 40 in. (Sib. to Dawn Crest). Standards yellow with heavy rich flush of deep pink through their centers, leaving a near gilt yellow border. Falls rich cream with pink wash over the haft around the pink beard. H.M. 1960. NET 15.00.
