From Maple Valley Iris Gardens catalog, 1947: CYNTHIA ANN PARKER (Whiting-Crow 1947) No. 403 (SHINING WATERS X GLORIOLE) E. M. 36 inches. Clear, light blue with a brilliant yellow beard. It is a sister seedling of FROSTY BLUE and has been much admired here and in other gardens. Mrs. Ray will co-introduce. $1.00.
