From Diehl's Gardens catalog, 1956: CYCLAMEN ROSE - ML. 36" $15.00. A large, beautifully tailored bloom of smooth finish and heavy substance. The color is mid-way between Bengal Rose and Cyclamen Purple, a hue of great beauty and carrying power. The plants are floriferous, and bloom over a very long season, withstanding well all the weather extremes. Very broad of parts, and the geranium red beard is just the right touch. Well branched, tall, and sturdy, we think this is a "must" for any garden, and offers exciting possibilities for the hybridizer. |
