'Crown Colony' (Gordon Plough, R. 1960). Seedling# 56-62-6. TB, 32" (81 cm), Midseason bloom. Color Class-V2W, Standards Victoria violet; falls white heavily marked Victoria violet; yellow beard, sometimes horned. ((Plicata seedling x 'Sorrel Top') x ('Aldura' x ('Tiffany' x plicata seedling))) X 'Mulberry Snow'. Eden Road 1962.

The stds. are violet, the falls are white heavily sanded same color as stds. with the hafts dotted maroon. The beard is yellow tipped white. Showy. $20.00. Eden Road.
