'Creme King' ( Orville M. Baker, R. 1950). TB, 36" (91 cm), Midseason bloom. Color Class OYP1, Cream self, gold edge. 'Snoqualmie' X 'Golden Fleece'. Peacock 1954.

From AIS Bulletin #133, April 1954. Introducing CREME KING: (Baker 1950) Snoqualmie x Golden Fleece. $ 5.00. Tall bearded, broad semi-flaring falls, closed standards, cream self. Both falls and standards are faintly edged with gold, no other iris like it. Peacock's Iris Garden 1954.
