'Coral Splendor' (Paul Black, R. 2007). Seedling L15A. TB, 38" (97 cm), Late midseason bloom. Standards medium coral-pink; style arms coral peach; falls coral peach, darker texture veins, fine purple veins deep in throat; beards deep tangerine, medium tangerine at end; ruffled, lightly laced; pronounced spicy fragrance. 'Coral Dreams' X 'Bachelor Party'. Mid-America 2008. Honorable Mention 2010.

From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2008: CORAL SPLENDOR (Black 08) TB Midseason-Late 38” (97cm). Enjoy the brilliant display of tropical fish gliding among vividly colored coral reefs. Coral Splendor has ruffled and lightly laced coral-pink standards. Styles are coral-peach. Vivid coral-orange beards dance atop lightly ruffled, slightly lighter coral-pink falls. Moderately flared falls create a bouncy personality. Clumps filled with show stalks are a gardener's delight. Fabulous color! Quality parent. Sdlg.
