1996, Barnard

'Cool Dragon' (Leo Barnard, R. 1996). Seedling# L-88-8B. TB, 40" (107 cm), Early midseason bloom. Standards purple, mottled white; style arms purple; falls white ground, 3/8" purple plicata rim, small purple veins across hafts; beards white, tipped gold in throat, white horn with purple-rimmed white flounce; slight sweet fragrance. 'Angel Bright' X 'Sky Hooks'. Paradise Iris 1996.
