Paul Black, R. 2006). Seedling# J431C. TB, 45" (114 cm). Very late bloom. Standards medium orchid-violet, fine darker lines overall; style arms greyed violet; falls blue violet, paler and bluer center, darker edge, darker blue texture veins, subdued violet white veins in throat; beards orange in throat, tan-orange in middle, light blue-violet at end; ruffled and laced; pronounced sweet fragrance.

From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2006: CLEARANCE SALE - TB, 45" (114 cm), Late-Very Late. At the end of the season, all things must go and so we have a Clearance Sale. Big, flowers are heavily ruffled and laced and carried on strong show stalks having 4 branches and spur with 9-11 buds. Standards are medium reddish lilac finely veined darker. Falls are bluish lilac; finely texture veined darker blue. Multi-colored beards are marigold to light violet ends. Strong, clean, robust growth. Sdlg. J431C: Fallen Angel X Mountain View sib.
