From Carl Salbach catalog, 1926: CLARIDAD. As some seem to feel that the introduction of further lavender selfs needs explanation, we would say that in all our collection there is no clear lavender blue of equal purity. Visitors for the past two years have. been waiting for us to name and offer this medium sized flower, which they have wanted for its clear coloring, horizontal falls, and pleasing garden effect. Stock limited. $2.50.
From Indian Spring Farms catalog, 1927: CLARIDAD (Mohr 1926). A new lavender self of unusual purity of color. The medium-sized flowers have horizontal falls of fine form. $2.00 each
