1988, Nichols & Albers

'Circus Jewel' (Hooker Nichols & Donovan Albers, R. 1986). Seedling# 8450N. TB, 36" (91 cm). Midseason late bloom. Ruffled white, suffused creamy purple in center, purple midrib, stitched purple on edge, darker purple hafts; bronze purple beard; sweet fragrance. 'Mystique' X 'Earl Of Essex'. Hillcrest Iris 1988. Honorable Mention 1990.
