1957, Crandall

'Charmed Land' (Fred Crandall, R. 1954). Seedling# 51-50. TB, 36" (91 cm), Midseason bloom. Color Class-RY1P, Palest orchid self, almost white self. Seedling# 49-63: ('National White' x 'Spring Sunshine') X seedling# 49-87B: ('Bryce Canyon' x 'Matula'). Crandall 1957. Honorable Mention 1958.

From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog 1963: CHARMED LAND (Crandall '57) M. 36 in. (Nat. White x Spring Sunshine) x (Bryce C. x Matula). A very pale, near white, orchid self with a pale orchid blue beard. Large with lovely form and broad rounded petals. H.M. 1958. 1.00.
