1952, Linse

'Cascadian' (Jack Linse, R. 1952). TB, 36" (91 cm), Early to midseason bloom. Color Class-W1, Self, white with greenish tone. 'Snow Flurry' x 'Cloud Castle'. Easy Breeze 1952. Honorable Mention 1955, Judges' Choice 1956, Award of Merit 1957.

From Wallace Iris Gardens catalog 1955: CASCADIAN- (J. Linse '52) E. M. 38 in. Very wide ruffled white with a greenish cast through center of falls. NET $7.50.
From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog 1956: CASCADIAN (Linse 1952) M. 36 in. (Snow Flurry x Cloud Castle). A large, very pure white with a delightful ruffled form and cool gleaming finish. A white beard adds to its purity. H. M. 1955. 6.00.
