From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog 1956: CANYON SKY (DeForest 1954) M. 34 in. (Three Sisters x Fortunes Favor) x Louise Blake. A bright new neglecta or near amoena of large size, excellent form and broad, heavily substanced petals. The standards are pale Campanula blue and the falls are of very deep mulberry purple and violet. The hafts are deep bronze with no markings and a full bronze beard adds to the clean appearance. Bright and distinctive. 12.00. |
