From Tell’s Iris Garden catalog, 1948: BLUE RIM (C. Larsen) ((Purissima x Alameda) x (Aldura) Large white ground plicata with a blue rim. The blue is even bluer than in 'Blue Shimmer', but the markings not so heavy. The falls are big, wide, and very round. Height 36 inches. Good branching. H. C. 1947 under number 12-d-39. Limited stock. Each $20.00.
