From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog 1956: BIT 0 HONEY (Tompkins 1955) M. 36 in. (Rio Valley x Bold Pageant). A large, broad petaled and beautifully formed flower of ultra rich coloring. A blend of light lemon, rich copper and soft apricot, the colors are so smoothly fused that it seems to be a self. Heavy substance and sparkling of finish with a rich orange beard that adds to the lustre. 10.00.
