From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog 1956: BENTON OLIVE (Morris 1949) E. M. L. 36in. (From Morris Sdlgs.). An English iris with a new and exquisite form. This has standards of olive gray and pale blue while the falls are olive tan with a flushed on pattern of blue purple. Different and most unusual this is still very lovely. 2.00. |
