'Awash In Purple' (
Paul Black, R. 2018). Seedling V127B. TB, 35" (89 cm). Early to late bloom. Standards white ground, wide mid mulberry band, overall plicata wash and sanded center; style arms mid brown-plum, mid gold edge; falls white, hafts veined grey-brown edged by narrow red-purple chevron, then veined and sanded red-purple becoming more solid to edge, wide dark red-purple margin on upper half; beards based grey-white, burnt orange in throat, mid burnt orange in middle, ends light tangerine; slight sweet fragrance.
