'Apple Of My Eye' (
Paul Black, R. 2023) Seedling AA268A, TB, 35" (89.0 cm), Late to very late bloom. Standards waxy red brown center blended to darker mulberry, mid iridescent purple interior; style arms vivid mid lilac, mid gold edge and laced crest tips; falls white chevron around beard lined and mottled mid black cherry, irregularly sanded into dark black cherry, white dotting on laced edge, lightly laced; beards white base with center dark purple and old gold tips, three layers; pronounced sweet fragrance.
