From AIS Bulletin #285 April 1992 Introducing AMADORA (R. Nichol '92) TB 37" M. Another excellent iris from England. Bob continues to amaze us with the quality irises he sends. This was bound to be a star with parents of Morwenna X (Song of Norway x Congratulations). And it is a star, with silvery standards and mid blue-violet falls paling at the edges. Double and triple budded with well positioned branches. AGC at BIS trial 1991. $35.00. Sutton's Green Thumber.
