From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2011: ADVANCED DEGREE (Black ‘11) TB Mid-Very Late 42” (107 cm). She's all grown up, Advanced Degree in hand and ready to go out into the world and show her many talents. Darker purple based standards blend outward to light mauvish pink and then to light pink. Light pink falls have paler centers surrounding bold tangerine beards. Mid pink styles link standards and falls together. Tall show stalks have 3 branches and 8-9 buds. Growth is robust. There are three from this cross being introduced this year and each with completely different color and character that hint at the diversity of this gene pool. Sdlg.
