'Proverb' (Walker Ferguson, R. 1971). Seedling 71-10. SPU, 48" (122 CM). Late bloom. Very dark blue-purple self; large yellow signal. Seedling 68-20 X seedling 68-14. Ferguson 1971. Honorable Mention 1972; Nies Award 1977.
