From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2005: SUBTLE - SOB, 15" (38 cm), Midseason-Late. Subtle is just what the name says, it is Subtle in color and also plicata markings. Very round, very ruffled and very well-formed flowers are buff-peach with Subtle, darker tan sanding over the hafts and sparkling diamond dusting. This softer color is a great backdrop for the wide, bright tangerine beards. While Subtle isn't very showy in the garden, it is a top-notch breeder for fantastic plicatas. Use it, you'll love what you get. Sdlg. J4188: (White Accent sib x (Tweety Bird x Black 91280A) X (Sweet Bite x (Tweety Bird x Spin Again sib)). $15.00. |
