'Royal Carnival' (Cleo Palmer, R. 1973) Seedling# 6961. SDB, 13" (33 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards dark violet; falls same veined darker, slightly darker spot; white beard. Seedling# 6617: (('Pierre Menard' x 'Shining Waters') x 'Sulina') X unknown. C Palmer 1974. Honorable Mention 1975.
