2007, Schmieder

'Lucy's Choice' (Barbara and David Schmieder, R. 2006). Seedling# 97-IM-2. SDB, 10.5" (27 cm), Early to late bloom. Standards white ground, barely visible plicata markings of strong purple-blue (RHS 94B) washing toward a superfine wire edge; style arms strong purple-blue (94B); falls white ground, pattern fainter and similar to standards, some stitching at hafts, one or two dots on some petals, even slimmer wire edge, all markings (94B); beards white, lightly tipped brilliant yellow (9C) in throat. 'In Limbo' X 'Marge Hagberg'. Hermit Medlars Walk 2007. Honorable Mention 2011.
