'Lemon Zip' (O. David Niswonger, R. 2003). Seedling# SDB 1-02. SDB, 12" (31 cm), Early bloom. Bright lemon yellow; beards pale blue. Seedling# SDB 18-99: (seedling# SDB 7-97: 'Plum Ripples' x unknown) x unknown) X unknown. Niswonger 2004.

From AIS Bulletin #333 April 2004 Introducing LEMON ZIP (Niswonger'04) SDB, Sdlg. 1-02: SDB 18-99 x??: SDB 7-97 (Plum Ripples x 77). 12" (30.5 cms.), E. There are many SDB's in this color range but this one has a little bit extra. Its a perky, flared, ruffled lemon yellow with a pale blue beard. It has a personality I think you will like. Fertile both ways. $15.00. Cape Iris.
