Standards gold; Falls gold hafts and edge, suffused red lines at hafts blending to bright red maroon center; ruffled; pronounced sweet fragrance. 'Small Flash' X 'Ditto'. Sibling to 'Flower Child'. Moonshine Gardens 1989.

From AIS Bulletin #273 April 1989 Introducing FRANKINCENSE * SDB * Small Flash X Ditto * Gold with bright red F. centers; gold b. * Very bright ruffled flowers of excellent form. Extremely fragrant always and an excellent rebloomer. $10.00.
From Moonshine Gardens catalog, 1989: FRANKINCENSE (SDB) 8½ E-L. E24-101: SMALL FLASH X DITTO. Gold S.; the F. have gold borders and hafts which are overlaid with suffused red lines which blend into bright red-maroon centers; yellow-orange beards. Definitely a thrice bloomer--blooms with the other SDBs, again in May-June and then again usually starting from mid-October to earliest November. Excellent coloring and excellent very ruffled and very petite flowers with wide round petals, though the standards can cup open. Always extremely fragrant here--super sweet honey! $10.00
