'Flame Spot' (Alta Brown, R. 1963). Seedling M-272-3. SDB, 12" (30 cm), Early bloom. Color Class-Y4R, Standards buttercup yellow; Falls maroon-red, yellow border; orange beard. 'Ablaze' X 'Technicolor'. Brown's Iris Garden 1964. Honorable Mention 1967.
