From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2005: FINE IDEA- SOB, 14" (36 cm), Early-Midseason. Fine Idea is the starting point for bright, contrasty sunburst patterns similar to those currently being developed in tall beardeds. Because of the strong plicata heritage, it should be an exciting parent as different ground and beard colors are incorporated. Standards are medium blue-purple. Falls have a white ground around orange to white beards. The white area shades from light to darker blue-violet toward margins and is overlaid with dark purple-black veins. Makes a very showy clump. Sdlg. I209A: (Tweety Bird x (Garden Gnome x First Alert) X (Trajectory x (Midnight Mist x (Trajectory x ((Wake Up x Tricks) x Voices sib))). $15.00. |
