'Evening Hush' (Hooker Nichols, R. 1988). Seedling 8322B. SDB, 12" (30 cm), Midseason bloom. Ruffled violet blue, darker halo on Falls; indigo violet beard. 'Captured Spirit' X 'Banbury Ruffles'. Hillcrest Iris 1989.

From AIS Bulletin #272 January 1989 Introducing EVENING HUSH (H. Nichols) SDB 14". Very ruffled flowers are violet blue with a darker halo and indigo violet beards. $10.00. Hillcrest Iris Gardens.
